Founder and President
Sarah Lufungula is passionate about fostering positive work environments and corporate cultures that put people first, making them the most preferred places to work. With more than a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition within the services industry, she founded Cultivated Workforce to strategize on various approaches and programs that attract, support, motivate, and develop teams of solvers.

Before founding Cultivated Workforce, Sarah led various hiring departments and worked closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and executive teams at Infor. She also spent more than five years at Robert Half in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in her position as Senior Recruiting Manager. Sarah began her career in politics, collaborating with Senators, Governors, and Mayors in New Hampshire.
Sarah is a mother of two brilliant kids. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
